Tokyo Cat Tour
Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at the JR Shinjuku East Exit Station Square, just across the popular giant 3D cat screen in Shinjuku. Are you ready for the puur-fect cat-themed tour for all feline lovers?
First, we'll see the Instagram-famous giant 3D cat statue in Shinjuku, where we'll stop for a bit to get a perfect photo. Then, we'll head over to the Cat Cafe Mocha Lounge, where cats roam freely. Did you know this is Japan's largest cat café? At this café, you can play with, pet, and feed the cats!
Next, we'll hop on the train and head to our next stop in the Gōtokuji district. If we're lucky, we'll even get the chance to take a train decorated with cats there! In about 20 minutes, we'll reach an area filled with shops and street food vendors, where we'll visit some cat-themed stores and sweets shops.
Finally, it'll be time for the most cat-tastic stop: Daikeizan Gōtoku-ji, the world-famous "Lucky Cat Temple." Here, you'll see thousands of the maneki-neko cat figurines, which are believed to bring good luck to their owners.
To wrap up, we'll head to Gōtokuji Station, where we'll conclude our cat tour of Tokyo after 2.5 hours.
