Hemos hecho el tour con Matías como primera toma de contacto con la ciudad. Ha sido entretenido pero muy difícil de seguir por la cantidad de gente que éramos en el tour unas 60 personas, lo que dificulta seguir el ritmo. He hecho muchos free tour por todo el mundo y entendemos tanto el objetivo como la forma de trabajar, pero si por hacer más dinero aumentan tanto el número de personas, a nuestro modo de ver, provoca el efecto contrario.

We took the tour with Matías as our first introduction to the city. It was entertaining but very difficult to follow due to the number of people on the tour—about 60 of us—making it difficult to keep up. I've taken many free tours around the world, and we understand both the objective and the way they work, but if the number of people increases so much to make more money, in our opinion, it has the opposite effect.

Excesivos participantes para un tour en el que el guía debía alzar una voz que no tenía. Conscientes de que Viena no permite en la calle ningún tipo de amplificación de la voz -aunque lo permite en los museos- debería de reducirse el número de participantes

A pesar de ser un grupo grande, se podía escuchar perfectamente al guía. Había demasiada gente en el tour, deberían de reducir los grupos. Además, considero que se contó poca historia para hacernos un contexto general de lo que es la ciudad, que es lo que espero en este tipo de tours, en un primer contacto con la ciudad. Había bastante gente y no se escuchaban bien las explicaciones, nos paramos en una galería transitada con eco y eso dificultó un poco la comprensión, se agradecería que el guía diese cascos y llevase un micro y dividieseis los grupos en números más pequeños como en el free tour de Roma, por ejemplo.
