Fantástica!; una ciudad con mucho sabor, elegante y mágica. El Tour es muy completo ya que haces un completo recorrido de lo principal del centro de Viena y de la historia de esta ciudad y de sus monarcas. Éramos un grupo demasiado numeroso Johan aunque fue muy agradable, tiene limitaciones para hablar español, que en un grupo más pequeño hubiera sido pasable, pero entre tanta gente casi era casi imposible entender lo que explicaba. La guía es muy buena y explica muy bien, pero me parece que al principio del tour nos quedamos demasiado rato en la plaza Albertina y no nos dio tiempo a llegar al ayuntamiento, aunque ella luego se ofreció fuera de horario a ir. Era un grupo de más de 50 personas y el tour parecía una maratón. Íbamos muy deprisa y, al ser el grupo muy grande, había personas que les costaba más y por tanto se entraban las explicaciones e incluso nos cerraron un parque que teníamos que travesar y tuvimos que rodearlo. Aún así, hemos podido conocer un poco los lugares del Palacio Imperial y la guía lo explicó todo muy bien.

El tour no me gustó tanto como otros que he hecho en otras ciudades diferentes, fueron dos horas pero me pareció que no ahondaba mucho en los detalles de la ciudad, sino que simplemente íbamos paseando por el casco histórico. It was two hours long but I thought it didn't go into much detail about the city, but rather we just walked around the historic centre. Fuimos con Angelo, que vive y vibra con la ciudad. El tour con Renata fue excelente, repleto de historia y muy ameno, es evidente que es una experta sobre Viena y fue capaz de contagiarnos su amor por la ciudad. En general, el tour estuvo bien. Visitamos los sitios más emblemáticos del centro de Viena y el guía fue muy atento en cuanto a nuestras preguntas y nos facilitó las recomendaciones que le pedimos. Sin embargo, las explicaciones no fueron del todo completas, a veces inconexas y sin mucho contexto histórico, puede que por falta de fluidez de español del guía.

El guía fantástico, y por ello doy la calificación. Lo que no puede ser es que en Viena, donde no se puede utilizar altavoces, se monte un grupo de más de 30 personas en el que casi no se oye al guía por distancia (culpa de Civitatis y no del guía).
