Agadir Moroccan Cooking Class
Activity Details
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Agadir to begin this gastronomic journey. From there, we'll make our way to the charming botanical garden where our Moroccan tajine class will take place.
After a 30-minute journey, we'll arrive at this oasis and have an introduction to one of Morocco's most deeply rooted customs: the preparation of mint tea. Did you know that this drink is a symbol of hospitality all around the country?
With the smell of tea still in the air, we'll move on to the main section of the class: making tajine. Guided by expert cooks, we'll learn step by step how to prepare this Moroccan delicacy, from the selection of fresh ingredients to the use of the most traditional spices. You'll love discovering the magic behind this tasty dish!
Once we're finished making the tajine, it will be time to taste our creations. We'll sit down at the table to enjoy our freshly-made tajine, accompanied by seasonal fruit and, of course, more mint tea. A feast of unforgettable flavours!
At the end of this delicious meal, we'll make our way back to your accommodation, where we'll say goodbye after a total of 4.5 hours.
