Alberobello Guided Tour + Apéritif
Tour Details
Our guided tour of Alberobello will start at Largo Martellotta at the indicated time. From there, we'll begin to discover the magic of this small Italian town, a unique place declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Let's find out why!
As we walk through its narrow streets full of trulli, we'll talk to you about its centuries-old history. Don't you think they are very interesting constructions? The path will take us to the Belvedere Terrace, a privileged place from where we'll have a beautiful panoramic view of Alberobello.
We'll continue walking through the most famous neighbourhoods of the city. Rione Monti, with more than 1000 trulli adorning its alleys, is the liveliest and most famous area of Alberobello. On the other hand, Aia Piccola is a quieter and more authentic neighbourhood, where we'll see how people live in these unique homes. Before finishing the route, we'll stop at the church of Sant'Antonio, also built in the shape of a trullo.
Have you worked up an appetite? Finally, the tour will culminate in a place to enjoy a delicious apéritif with the most traditional flavours of Apulia. This includes focaccia, cold meats and cheeses, as well as local wine or pickles, depending on the season—the perfect finishing touch!
After a total of 2.5 hours, we'll end this guided tour of Alberobello.
