    The guide Arturo was a very kind person, very professional in the subject of the Tour, he had a lot of knowledge and experience of the city having lived in it for many years, he was punctual in the pick-up and always in contact, the other negative score was given to him I give to Civitatis, when I booked the tour months before it said that the tour was between 3.5 to 4 hours, reading the description I realized that they changed and adjusted it, reducing it without prior notice and not giving me the right to accept it or not.
