Ponza Island Boat Trip

We'll meet at the port in Anzio at 8:15 am and we'll board a ferry which will sail for approximately an hour an a half until reaching the port of Ponza. You'll be able to enjoy views of the Italian coastline and the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. In Ponza, you'll have an hour and a half to have breakfast and we'll meet other people taking the boat trip but coming from different locations. 

Next, we'll board our boat and enjoy a five-hour cruise, on which you can enjoy the beauty of the surroundings whilst listening to the captain telling stories and legends about the island.

As we sail, we'll anchor down up to five times so that you can jump into the water and cool off. Or, you can even go snorkelling (equipment not included) and discover the incredible marine flora and fauna.

At midday, the captain will prepare us a light lunch of pasta, house wine and coffee, and afterwards, you'll be able to relax onboard, or take one last dip before we head back to the port of Ponza.

When you make your booking, there are two options depending on if you wish to stay in Ponza or return to Anzio:

One-Way Transport to Ponza

If the boat ride around Ponza Island isn't enough, and you want to have more time exploring, you can choose the option that only includes one-way transport to Ponza. In this case, when we return to the port you'll be able to explore as you wish.

Return Transport to and from Ponza

If you would like to be picked up and dropped off in Anzio, when we return to Ponza you'll have approximately one hour of free time to explore the inland beauty of the island, and then at 5:30 pm we'll board the ferry again and return to Anzio at around 7 pm.
