El barco estaba muy bien, instalaciones nuevas, muy limpio, el bufet muy rico y diverso, personal muy agradable y el guía que nos acompañó en todo el crucero fue genial, habla un español perfecto y siente mucha pasión por la historia de Egipto. A mejorar la organización, ya que todos los días nos teníamos que levantar tempranísimo ( a las 2:15am a Abu Simbel, los otros días a las 5am) y luego no hacíamos nada hasta la noche. Tienen que pasar la esclusa ok, pero pueden organizar 2 barcos cada 30’ Translate this opinion into English.

Bella la Nave Royal Elite, anche oltre le nostre aspettative. Ottimo buffet con cibo sempre diverso. Personale di camera gentilissimo. Personale del bar/ristorante un po' pressante nel richiedere immediatamente i pagamenti. Ottima Guida Salah. Tour quasi sempre nel programma, ad accezione di un ritardo presso la chiusa di Esna che ha compresso eccessivamente le visite a Luxor. Completamente trascurato il transfer dell'ultimo giorno, inutile attesa di 1,30h che poteva essere impiegata meglio.

Il vero vantaggio della crociera è quello di potersi spostare lungo il Nilo senza rischiare le strade egiziane. Se non fosse per quello, la crociera risulta molto noiosa, soprattutto perché vengono mantenuti anche in inverno i tempi estivi e quindi le navigazioni vengono svolte quasi tutte di giorno e le visite la mattina prestissimo oppure la sera tardi. Merita invece tanti complimenti la nostra guida Salah, super competente e che ci ha accompagnato nel migliore dei modi.

Siamo molto contenti della guida Salah: competente e gentile. Le stanze della nave sono discrete, deve essere migliorato lo scarico dei bagni poiché usciva un odore non gradevole. Deve essere rivista l'organizzazione del terzo giorno, quello che comprende visita al mattino al tempio di Edfu, passaggio alla diga di Esna e la sera visita a Luxor, poiché abbiamo perso molto tempo sulla nave e non siamo riusciti a visitare il tempio di Luxor dovendo concentrare tutto il mattino del giorno dopo.

En general bien. El barco Nile Capital genial, estaba reformado y el personal fue muy servicial. Tubimos que pedir cambio de habitación, a las de atras se escuchaba demasiado el motor. El guia Karim daba la información demasiado breve y rapidamente (su español daba pie a perderte en la explicación y no aceptaba muy bien las preguntas, muchas cosas no las sabia). Las visitas son bastante expres pero todos los cruceros van con el mismo timing. Salimos contentos pero teniendo que buscar mas info.

Nuestro guia Mohammed super cool y eficiente...estuvo al tanto del equipo, siempre con buzn humor aunque si le aconsejo Mano dura con ciertas personas del tour que pensaban iban en tour privado, llegando tarde todo el tiempo a las excursiones. Es una gran falta de respeto al resto del grupo y ahi falto liderargo de Mohammed. En cuanto al servicio del crucero, no luy bueno, como en general los servicios en Egypto, pero eso es fuera del scope de Civitatis Translate this opinion into English.

Los 4 días de crucero fueron genial. Nos dieron el barco Monica y estuvimos muy bien; las instalaciones reformadas, cama muy comoda y habitación espaciosa. Todo estaba limpio y la tripulación fue muy amable en todo momento. La comida del restaurante estaba muy buena y era variada. Destacar los postres del chef; elaborados, típicos y ricos. Nuestra estancia fue aún mejor gracias a nuestro guía Abdul. Fue atento, amable, profesional y con un español más que bueno. Lo recomiendo sin duda!

Seguramente lo volvería a hacer, ya que te quitas de contratar muchas cosas por tu cuenta, además que navegar por el Nilo es una experiencia muy bonita. Se ven bastante cosas, pero es cierto que a nuestro parecer va todo demasiado rápido, demasiado saturado, todas las excursiones de todos los cruceros coinciden a las mismas horas, en los mismo sitios, por lo que no puedes ver los templos sin agobio y prisas. Tuvimos suerte con la motonave y con la comida. No tanta suerte con el guía Mohamed.

Nuestro crucero Stephanie estaba muy limpio salvo el césped artificial de la terraza que estaba muy sucio. El personal del barco excelente, tanto en cocina como en limpieza. La comida variada y rica, salvo los días de picnic que se pueden mejorar mucho. En cuanto a la organización de las visitas nuestro guia OMAR fue un desastre. Cambios a ultima hora, mala planificación y mostraba un gran desinterés a su trabajo. Unas explicaciones escuetas, nefastas y con datos erróneos.

Todo muy bien, el barco hermoso, limpio, la comida muy rica. Los traslados siempre a tiempo en vehículos con aire acondicionado. El guía muy amable. El único detalle es que no tienen una tarifa fija si deseas pagar en dólares o libras egipcias. Te dicen que se puede pero la cosa es que te dan el tipo de cambio que ellos quieren. La tarifa de 30euros a nosotras nos la cobraron en 57dolares. Ni al caso.

Crucero "OPERA" comida buena, camarotes limpios y amplios, personal muy atento, lo único malo fue el día de Abu simbel que solo nos dejaron una hora libre despues de más de 3 horas de ida en bus y 3 de vuelta porque "No habia tiempo" pero luego al llegar a asuan si había tiempo para ir a un lugar de esencias y papiros (estafa para turistas) El primer dia te ofrecen una excursión por 40€ por persona a un pueblo nubio que no merece la pena por ese precio, Si nadie quiere ir lo Bajan a 20€ Translate this opinion into English.

Realmente fue una excelente experiencia, muy organizado, el guia Mohammed muy pendiente y mantuvo el grupo unido, conocía los temas muy bien, nos sentimos seguros todo el tiempo, nos gusto la organización, los tiempos fueron bien manejados. La relación precio calidad esta bien. El crucero es bueno y las instalaciones buenas, podrían mejorar el aseo un poco pero está dentro de la media de Egipto. Las comidas tambien buenas y abundantes. Vacaciones súper recomendables, navegar por el Nilo es una experiencia única. Nuestro barco muy correcto a nivel limpieza, comida y servicio. La única parte negativa fue que el programa de excursiones no se respetó, lo cual nos perjudicó, puesto que al realizar más programa en un espacio más breve de tiempo estábamos cansados y no disfrutamos del mismo modo. Además se incluyeron visitas a centros de artesanía y perfumes no programadas que nos quitaron tiempo en los templos, objetivo del viaje.

El viaje es espectacular, las visitas y el guía fue el mejor que tuvimos en egipto. El barco era bonito, la habitación cómoda, las comidas buenas aunque todos nos enfermamos del estómago, tal vez es el agua con q lavan las verduras, no lo sé. Lo que no nos gustó es que al salir teníamos vuelo a las 20 horas y desde el barco en luxor nos trasladaron unas horas antes, pero nunca nos dijeron que el almuerzo de ese día se pagaba aparte. Fuera de eso, todo bien. Mucho madrugar y mucho calor.

Habíamos leído que los cruceros pueden ser una experiencia no tan buena pero nos sorprendió gratamente. Buenas habitaciones, muy limpias y cómodas, la comida muy rica . Gran staff, hemos reservado categoría superior. Con respecto a las actividades es una gran opción porque te permite visitar muchos templos a lo largo de esos días. Lo que no nos gustó es que te cambian el itinerario sobre la marcha y el guía te propone actividades extras en los tiempos libres con costos elevados.
