At 9 am on the morning of the activity, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Basseterre and drive you to the port. There, we'll board a ferry that will take us southbound until we reach the beautiful island of Nevis.
After a pleasant 45-minute cruise across the Caribbean Sea, we'll disembark at our destination and hop on a minibus for a two-and-a-half-hour tour of the most emblematic points on the island. We'll pass by the old colonial plantation houses, now converted into hotels, and visit the capital city of Charlestown. We'll even check out the thermal baths of Nevis Island, said to have therapeutic properties!
If you want, you can also go on a guided tour of the Botanical Gardens, where you can see hundreds of species of trees and flowers. Here, we'll also journey back in time to the end of the 18th century to discover the links between these lands and Horatio Nelson, then vice-admiral of the British Royal Navy.
During the excursion, we'll make stops at several viewpoints to take in extraordinary views of Nevis Peak, a volcano in the center of Nevis and the highest point on the island!
At the end of the tour, we'll give you two options: you can return to Saint Kitts on the 1 pm ferry, or you can enjoy three hours of free time on the island and return on the 4 pm ferry. It's up to you!
We will conclude the excursion by dropping you off at your hotel at 2 pm or 5 pm, depending on the time of your preferred return ferry.
