La guia, no recuerdo su nombre, es la del grupo con el punto verde y la visita comenzó a las 10:00. La guía lo hizo muy mal, fue desagradable en ciertos momentos.No contestaba a la pregunta que le hacías, incluso me contestó mal cuando le pregunté, porque no la escuchaba bien. Pienso que debería llevar un pequeño altavoz o el grupo unos auriculares. Cuando fuimos a Buda no nos explicó nada del Palacio. Cogimos el autobús cerca de la Agencia y nos dejo en la Plaza de los Héroes mas o menos una hora, en el Castillo de Buda o Mirador precioso pero estuvimos poco tiempo insuficiente, en el Parlamento, muy bien. Después nos dejaron allí cosa que tuvimos que una linea para volver al hotel, que nos dejo bastante lejos. En el caso de la guía muy bien. Pensamos que hubiera sido mejor hacerlo por nuestra cuenta lo siento esta es nuestra opinión

Fue una muy mala experiencia. Eramos 4 personas, una de ellas tenía un poco de dificultad para caminar por lo que usaba bastón. Al llegar al Castillo solicitó quedarse sentada en el micro para no cansarse ya que el ingreso era muy empinado. No se lo permitieron y el conductor del micro le dijo que debía bajarse porque tenía que retirar el micro del lugar. Le indicó que se quede en un banco que habia en una plaza frente al ingreso al castillo. Quedó allí sola, la abordó una persona y la robó

Bastante mal. Tuvi.os que contratar esta ya que solo queríamos ver el parlamento pero no había solo esto. Nos han dejado demasiado tiempo muerto en co creo dura unas 5 horas de las cuales casi dos horas nos dejan libres. El guía era local y aburrido. Hemos estado en otras 2 con guías españoles y muy bien. Mucho bus desde el que no se ve casi nada. Luego terminamos en el parlamento y nos dejan con guía interior que parecía la reencarnación del fuhrer. En resumen no merece la pena

Se vende la actividad pone que iba a ser en castellano, una de las guías no era capaz de decir dos palabras seguidas en corcodancia en español. La otra hablaba un poquito mejor pero sin microfono no se oia NADA. Se vende como que te enseñan la ópera, y es lo que se tarda en pasar por delante con el autobus. Yo estaba al otro lado del autobus y tan siquiera lo vi. Al igual que el mercado de Budapest. Tampoco se dice que es en autobus

El autobús llegó tarde a la parada de Buda, más de 15 minutos esperando con frío, las guías quisieron explicar desde dentro bus la plaza de los Héroes pero el conductor dijo q no daba dos vueltas, llegamos justos de tiempo al parlamento por él y además ni se disculpo y tampoco fue educado para despedirse, no paro lo sufriente para q pudiéramos hacer fotos, un desastre la verdad para lo que pagamos. Una de las guías no tiene nivel castellano y se medio entiende. Ramona la otra guía se salva.

No me enviaron ningún mail avisando de la cancelación de la visita al Parlamento, sí que me enviaron mail para otras actividades y para esto no, me parece muy mal porque podría haber programado para otro día y ahora tendré que irme sin visitarlo. No se visitó la Plaza de los Héroes, estaba cerrada debido a la celebración de un concierto, aunque esto se sabia con antelación, la organización del tour no nos avisó y tampoco nos ofreció otra visita alternativa. Tampoco pasamos por el Mercado central. La guía nos dió unas explicaciones muy aburridas, parecía estar de mal humor, nada empática con el grupo.

Ha sido una experiencia horrible. La guía no habla un español fluido, han faltado muchos de los lugares indicados en la descripción, paradas libres de 1 hora sin recibir información… Además, al volver al bus se ha olvidado en una parada de 3 personas y la agencia me ha llamado a mi como que era yo la que faltaba (y estaba en el bus). Un descontrol total. Para acabar, pagas 55€ cuando si lo coges por separado, son 30 y 15€ (45, no 55).

Esta queja NO ES para la empresa que hace el tour, sino para CIVITATIS: Cuando llegas a una ciudad a la que no conoces, no vale con poner el nombre de la calle, ¡estamos en el siglo XXI! En Budapest hay varias calles que se llaman casi igual y lamentablemente fuimos a otra, en otro distrito, y casi perdemos el tour. El PDF, DEBE INCLUIR un link de Google Maps o similar con la dirección exacta. Tampoco se indicaba que el tour era en bus y bilingüe. No era lo que queríamos.

Fatal, la peor actividad que he echo en Budapest. La guía, una muchacha con muy poco impetud,muy monótona. Al final es una visita en autobús por Budapest muy mal explicada y todo muy repetitivo. Teníamos hora con guía en Español a las 10:00h y este no apareció tras unos 40 minutos de espera en la oficina de recogida.. Tuvimos que estar 2 joras haciendo tiempo hasta que la propia persona de la oficina nos acompañó al parlamento. Teas la visita al parlamento nos pusieron una guía en español. El proovedor nos ha dicho que no tenia ninguna reserva de civitatis, hicimos la mitad del tour y solo 3 personas pudieron acceder al parlamento :( estaban super desorganizamos.... Siempre confiamos en civitatis pero este proovedor no nos dio el servicio esperado.

The supplier told us that he did not have any civitatis reservation, we did half the tour and only 3 people were able to access the parliament :( they were super disorganized... We always trust civitatis but this supplier did not give us the expected service.
