Saint Lucia Private Tour
Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll pick you up in Castries to kick off this private tour of Saint Lucia. Welcome to one of the most fascinating destinations in the Caribbean!
First, we'll set off on a guided walking tour of Castries. On this walk, we'll see the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, the main market, and the Government Building from the outside. We'll also pass through Derek Walcott Square, where we'll talk about this Castries-born writer who won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1992.
After exploring the island's capital, we'll hop in a vehicle and head up to the Morne Fortune hilltop viewpoint, where we'll enjoy stunning panoramic views of Castries. The route will continue to a banana plantation in Marigot Bay, where we'll learn how these fruits are grown.
Next, we'll pass through the fishing villages of Anse La Raye and Canaries. From there, we'll continue toward Soufrière. In this town, we'll see the iconic Pitons Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and visit Sulphur Springs Park, known as the only volcano in the world you can drive into. We'll stop for about 30 minutes so you can take a dip in its famous mud pools.
The route will continue to Toraille Waterfall, where you'll have about 30 minutes of free time for a refreshing swim. After cooling off, we'll head to a restaurant with views of the Pitons to enjoy a delicious buffet-style lunch.
After lunch, we'll head back to the pickup point in Castries, wrapping up this 5-hour private tour of Saint Lucia.
