At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Caxias do Sul to start this day trip to Alto Feliz. Get ready to explore a place with a fascinating cultural mix!
Our first stop will be at Sítio Paraíso na Terra, where we'll be met by local guides. There, we'll go on a light hike that will immerse us in the untouched nature of Alto Feliz, allowing us to explore lush landscapes and admire the area's rich biodiversity.
After this contact with nature, we'll take a break so you can grab yourself a bite to eat. Feeling refuelled, we'll explore the village, which has kept alive the tradition, culture, language, and customs of its predecessors: German and Italian immigrants.
Along the way, we'll pay special attention to the architecture of the half-timbered churches and the centuries-old houses belonging to German and Italian immigrants, all perfectly preserved. We'll also see how the traditions of their predecessors intermingle with those of the gaucho people, giving Alto Feliz an incomparable charm.
Lastly, we'll head to one of the most special places in the city, where we'll have the opportunity to admire the beauty of two impressive waterfalls and relax in this incredible place.
Finally, we'll return to Caxias do Sul and say goodbye at your hotel after 10 hours in total.
