We will meet up at Gastromolino, the only restaurant in the world housed inside a still functional windmill. Here, we will spend some time admiring these beautiful historic buildings which give Toledo such a distinctive stamp.

Under the guidance of an expert on Spanish culture and gastronomy, we will taste different wines of La Mancha, one of the most famous winegrowing regions on the Iberian Peninsula. This will be accompanied by two types of cheese and Iberian ham. Beside savouring these delicacies, we will learn all about the production process, as well as the importance of these products for the local economy.

With the sweet flavors still on our tongue, we then head into the magical Rucio windmill. Inside this still active mill, the millers will show you how the 16th-century wind technolgy is used to grind grains into flour.
