Mención especial al chófer del autobús por el valle de Masca, sin duda lo único que merece la pena de la excursión. Un grandísimo profesional por esas carreteras sinuosas. Masca cuenta con paisajes increíbles. Lo demás, pequeñas paradas y un paseo de diez minutos por cada pueblo. El autobús, un urbano hecho polvo vergonzoso. Bien para una visual por la isla, sin más.

Special mention to the bus driver through the Masca Valley, undoubtedly the only thing worthwhile about the trip. He was a true professional on those winding roads. Masca boasts incredible scenery. Hemos tenido la suerte de repetir con Juan en otra excursión por el norte de la isla y es que es el mejor guía que pudimos tener, porque además de ser encantador, es un profesional magnífico! Nos han mostrado lo más destacado de la isla, explicándonos un montón de cosas que nos han venido de lujo para los días posteriores de estancia en Tenerife. Perfect 4-talige gids die uitleg gaf in ENG/FR/NL. Veel bijgeleerd over historiek van het eiland, vegetatie, vulkaanuitbarstingen. Het is lang en veel in de bus zitten, met weinig tijd tussendoor in de bezochte plaatsjes (dat wisten we al uit de beschrijving af te leiden). Het middageten in het typisch Canarisch restaurantje was ook niet helemaal wauw. Toch een leuke tour om in alle comfort enkele pareltjes van het eiland te ontdekken.

The itinerary was very good showing the extent of the island and the difference between the north and the south of the Island. Candelaria, La Laguna, La Orotava, Masca all very good. Hicimos la excursión guiados por Peter y con Javier al volante. Sin duda, ambos hicieron la experiencia única! Peter, siempre atento a todos y con un gran sentido del humor, nos ayudó a conocer mejor los rincones que visitamos. Y Javier, aparte de gran conductor, muy simpático y atento. Por poner un pero, las paradas se quedan un poco cortas de tiempo...pero todo fue según se indica en la descripción. La recomiendo si dispones de pocos días y quieres una panorámica de la isla. Sul sito non bisogna però vendere la gita in italiano e poi avere la guida che spiega in spagnolo, inglese e francese, io le parlo ma un altro italiano non avrebbe capito le spiegazioni. Non basta mandare una mail il pomeriggio prima per dire che la guida non ci sarà in italiano, uno non fa in tempo a organizzare altrove. El tour en sí está bien, quizá se hacen un poco cortas las paradas porque hay muchas... Me sobraba completamente la parada en Garachico, ya que solo paramos allí para comer y el sitio recomendado era de batallón. Todo soso y sin gracia. Muy triste! Ahora, lo mejor de todo vino al final. La ruta a Masca y el pueblo en sí son lo más bonito de este tour! Ojalá hubiésemos podido hacer la parada larga y comer ahí! Mención especial al conductor! De 10!! Muy chulo el recorrido, te haces una idea de parte de lo más importante de la isla. El guía Cirilo, iba contando muchas curiosidades, q sin ser de allí, difícilmente, las hubiéramos conocido. Te quedas en sitios con ganas de más, xa visitarlo por tu cuenta como en Garachico. Solo por ver la zona de Masca, merece la pena, paisaje escondido y sorprende. El conductor por esas carreteras fue todo un crack.

Elías es un guía excepcional. Explica muy bien tanto conceptos culturales, como históricos y anecdóticos. Bernardo el chófer es muy buen conductor y muy amable y además se preocupa por la desinfección por Covid dando seguridad al viaje. Ambos son excelentes profesionales. Recomiendo la excursión para aquellos que tienen poco tiempo y quieren conocer la isla y sus contrastes.
