EPIC Irish Emigration Museum Tickets
EPIC, The Irish Emigration Museum Ticket
EPIC, the Irish Emigration Museum, is a space that perfectly documents the Irish diaspora, a pivotal chapter in Irish history.
The museum is located beneath the vaults of Custom House Quay, an early 19th-century building situated on the quay of the same name, on the banks of the River Liffey.
The exhibition features 20 galleries, offering an immersive experience through touchscreens, audiovisual displays, and gramophone horns to bring to life the story of the 10 million Irish people who had to emigrate to start a new life.
At the museum, you’ll learn about the reasons that forced a large part of the population to leave their homeland, as well as the modes of travel and how these emigrants left an indelible mark on the culture of the places around the world to which they traveled. A true journey through history!
Opening Times
The Irish Emigration Museum opens every day of the year from 10 am to 6:45 pm, with the last admission at 5 pm.
