Río Bueno Packrafting Tour
Packrafting Details
We'll kick off the experience by picking you up at your hotel or at the Falmouth cruise port. In just half an hour, we'll be on the banks of the Río Bueno, one of the whitewater rivers on Jamaica's north coast. How exciting!
Here, we'll give you a brief safety talk and assign you your packrafts and the rest of the necessary equipment. This new sport combines the best of rafting and kayaking! Are you ready to climb aboard?
From the very first stretches, we'll paddle through class I and II rapids, navigating currents that swirl between large rocks and lush vegetation. The water will splash us as we navigate the curves and small jumps of the Río Bueno. You'll feel the adrenaline rush with each stretch you conquer!
Among the white water, the river will give us calm moments when we reach serene pools, where we'll float peacefully under a canopy of tropical trees.
Our tour will end with a dip in the Bengala waterfalls, whose waters rush down forcefully before merging with the sea. There, as a reward for your efforts, you can swim, take pictures, and rest before the return trip.
Finally, we'll hop on our vehicle and start our journey back to Falmouth, where we'll say our goodbyes after 4 hours.
