    The activity was excellent; the punctuality, organization, and attention to detail were perfect. The entire trip was perfectly synchronized in terms of timing and location. The guide was excellent—very helpful, friendly, and attentive. I recommend the service 100%. I've taken the tour on other occasions, but Civitatis' service was truly perfect!
