During this unique gastronomic experience in Gramado, you'll enjoy a mouthwatering fondue at Era do Fogo restaurant, a place where flavor meets fantasy. Surrounded by cave-like decor and Jurassic-inspired details, this is more than just a meal, it's a delicious adventure for the senses!

Upon arrival, you'll step into a space carefully decorated with elements straight out of the Stone Age. Surrounded by flickering torches, rugged rock formations, and cave-style murals, you'll take your seat and prepare for a truly unique dining experience. Ready to dine like a true caveman?

The feast begins with a very special starter: the Cave Tartar, a selection of raw foods inspired by the most ancient flavors of the world—a wildly creative delight!

Then will come the most awaited moment of the evening: the fondue. First, you'll taste Queso Ardiente, a cheese fondue paired with small potatoes, bread, broccoli, tapioca cubes and more surprises that will make your mouth water.

Next comes the Roast Game, a meat fondue with entrecote, chicken, pork and smoked sausage, all paired with 14 types of special sauces. From pepper marmalade to bacon farofa, a traditional cassava sauce. Each bite is a new experience!

To top it all off, the sweet fondue will arrive. Chocolate and dulce de leche will melt before your eyes, ready for dipping fresh fruit, marshmallows, cookies and toasted coconut. A sweet ending to any meal.

Menu Options

During the booking process, you can choose from several options to make the most of this gastronomic experience at Era do Fogo:

• Traditional Menu: includes the menu mentioned in the description, from the starter to the cheese, meat and chocolate fondues.
• Premium Menu: includes the same as the traditional menu, plus extra cheese, filet mignon, lamb, and a special chocolate fondue with Nutella powder.

You can also choose between the following admission options:

• Without reservation: You can arrive at any time during the restaurant's opening hours, but you'll need to provide your name to be added to the waiting list for a table. Please note that this system doesn’t guarantee immediate seating, so we recommend arriving early to secure your spot without a long wait.
• With a reservation: A table will be reserved just for you, with a confirmed arrival time of 6 pm so you can skip the lines and focus entirely on enjoying the experience!

Opening Hours

The Era do Fogo restaurant is open from 6 pm to 11 pm.

To be seated together at the same table, it's important that everyone selects the same menu type—either Traditional or Premium. If different menu options are chosen, a surcharge will be applied based on the higher-priced experience.
