D.O. Brasil Restaurant Fondue + Light & Sound Show
Tour Details
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Gramado at the indicated time. Once we're ready, we'll head to the D.O. Brasil restaurant, an establishment where the most delicious gastronomic experience awaits us. Palates ready to enjoy an exquisite dinner?
Upon arrival, we'll be welcomed by a warm and elegant atmosphere, ideal for savouring the Swiss speciality of fondue with a Brazilian twist. We'll start with the classic Gruyère and Cobo cheese fondue accompanied by potatoes, bread, broccoli and polenta. We'll add a sweet touch with goiabada, an intensely flavoured guava cake.
Afterwards, we'll move on to the meat fondue, which consists of entrecote, picanha and chicken, accompanied by garlic, tartar, farofa, chimichurri, mustard and honey sauces, aubergine and caramelised onion, vinaigrettes and pepper, orange, strawberry and rose jellies. Of course, we'll end the dinner with a chocolate fondue, in which you'll dip seasonal fruits in dark and milk chocolate.
After 1.5 hours of feasting, and with our bellies happy, we'll head for Canela, a 20-minute drive away. There, we'll stop in front of the Rueda Canela, a pretty 170-foot-tall (52-meter-tall) Ferris wheel that has become a popular attraction in the area. Afterward, we'll head to Stone Cathedral, where we'll attend a sound and light show on the façade of the temple. For 15 minutes, we'll witness a play of colours projected on its walls. You'll be delighted to admire how the lights enhance the details of the pointed arches and the imposing tower.
After the show, you'll have 30 minutes of free time to explore the surroundings, immerse yourself in Canela's nightlife and take photos.
Finally, we'll meet back up to start the return journey to Gramado. We'll say our goodbyes back at your hotel after a total of 5 hours.
