At the appointed time we'll meet at the reception of the Hamn i Senja Hotel, where we'll make introductions and prepare for one of the most exciting experiences you'll ever try. Ready for a dip in the coldest waters in the world?

First, we'll put on our thermal flotation suits, which will always keep your bodies dry. Next, we'll jump into the frigid waters of the Arctic Ocean and float like boats in the Maelstrom, a current that reaches speeds of up to 7 knots.

Suspended in the water and surrounded by the stillness and calm of the Arctic, you'll feel the tides move you and your mind and body relax - mindfulness at its peak!

This floating activity in the Arctic will last between one and a half and two hours. At the end of this time, we'll help you get out of the water, take off your suits and we'll say goodbye at the point where we started.

Height requirement

The height requirement for this activity is to be at least 1.70 meters (5'6") tall.
