Hacienda La Caravedo Folkloric Dinner Show & Pisco Tasting
At 6:30 pm we'll meet at Hacienda La Caravedo, an estate on the outskirts of Ica, where you'll enjoy a magical evening of Peruvian gastronomy and folklore. An experience you'll not soon forget!
We'll begin the experience with a tour of the historical part of the hacienda, where we'll explain the traditional production processes that have been used since its origins.
Afterward, we'll participate in a tasting of five La Caravedo piscos, all of which have won awards in different competitions. Can you think of anything more typical? Well, it doesn't end there! We'll continue immersing ourselves in the local culture by enjoying an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses.
Then, we'll put the finishing touch on the night with a dinner and a folkloric show of Afro-Peruvian music. This show is a representation of the mix of cultures in Peru, accompanied by the music of the cajón, guitar, and other instruments.
The dinner includes three courses: a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink. Finally, the experience will end between 9 and 9:30 pm.
