Betari River Rafting

We'll meet at the time of your choice at the base of operations of Pousada das Cavernas, in Iporanga. Once there, you'll receive a short safety briefing.

We'll then move to the banks of the Betari, a river of the Ribeira de Iguape basin, where the instructor will explain the basics of paddling. Ready for an exciting rafting adventure?

Once equipped with the life jacket, helmet, and the rest of the materials, we'll get into the boat and start rafting down the Betari River, starting in the area of the Serra neighborhood and making our way past the different obstacles.

Over the course of approximately 4 kilometers (2.5 miles), we'll let the adrenaline rush as we face the currents of class II and III rapids, an unforgettable experience. Don't worry if it's your first time - the important thing is to have fun!

After an hour and 20 minutes of rafting, we'll disembark on the river bank and head back to the base of operations, where we'll arrive after a half-hour drive.
