O motorista nos pegou pontualmente no hotel e como ainda era cedo chegamos alguns minutos antes do nosso horário marcado. Ele tratou de identificar quem seria nossa guia e fez a devida apresentação. Pongo una pésima valoración por la inflexibilidad de la empresa contratada. Después de pagar 1500 € por un grupo de 30 personas no tuvieron la amabilidad de recogernos en los 2 hoteles. Vale, no son amables. Además pedimos empezar la actividad a las 8 y nos la asignaron a las 6 de la mañana. Todo sin posibilidad de cambio ni devolución. Nos sentimos atrapados y estafados.
