El tur tenía una duración 12 horas para el tren que salía a las 7.07. Ocurre que me levantė a las 5 de la mañana para estar a tiempo en la estación de EUSTON suponiendo que esa sería la hora de partida El boleto era para el tren de las 8:43 por lo cual llegamos 11,30 a Liverpool. Tuve que correr para llegar a cumplir con el horario de ingreso al museo de los Beatles que era a las 12. A las 15.30 tenía el tour que contraté era en español y fue en Ingles por lo que no entendí nada. TODO MAL

Prácticamente a nuestra suerte nos dejan cuando compramos el tour, mas aun si somos turistas de otro continente. Llegamos al museo preg a todo el mundo, con una lluvia torrencial (deben recoger y devolver los turistas desde la estación del tren) En el museo nos dan unas radios q deberían ser bilingues (todo es en inglés) yo lo entiendo pero fui c/ mi madre y no entendía casi nada. Asimismo, los guías deben ser bilingües. Relación precio y servicio no corresponde (próx vez iré por mi cuenta)

El proveedor que tienen uds. en Londres nos dio plantón sin ningún aviso previo, el día de la salida. Ante el retraso después de media hora de espera tuvimos que llamar y nos dijeron que se había cancelado. Después gracias a la intervención de CIVITATIS pudimos realizar el tour dos días después . NAda que objetar al desarrollo del tour en si.

La calificación no es por la excursión, en este caso no hubo guia, solo nos encontramos en la estación para recibir los tickets. Eso estuvo muy bien, pero es la 5ta excursión que hago y sigo sosteniendo que los puntos de encuentro son confusos para un turista. En todos los casos tuve que estar 45 minutos antes buscando al guia. En este caso Euston Station...hay 3 puntos que se llaman Euston y puede confundirse la referencia facilmente, ni pensar si no entienden inglés!! Imposible que lleguen
