Espectaculares vistas de noche desde el barco. Aproximadamente una hora y media muy entretenida, con la copa de vino, la actuación y los canapés más que suficiente. Ahora bien yo hice la reserva en español y no solo no hablaba nadie español si no que directamente no hablaban, un poco al principio, para darnos la bienvenida y nada más, pero en inglés. Me habría gustado un poquito de información, al menos el nombre de los lugares que íbamos viendo a orillas del Támesis.

Spectacular views at night from the boat. It was about an hour and a half, very entertaining, with a glass of wine, the performance, and the canapés more than enough. Now, I made the reservation in Spanish, and not only did no one speak Spanish, they didn't speak English at all, only briefly at the beginning, to welcome us and nothing more. I would have liked a little information, at least the names of the places we were seeing on the banks of the Thames.

Los canapes muy malos y hechos de dias atras (las tostas de pan eran chicle), una copa de cava o algo así, y ya despues de eso todo lo que quieras beber tienes que pagarlo. Para el dinero que ha costado no lo recomiendo, si fuera mas barato entenderia todo eso, pero es demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen. Eso sí, el trato del personal es inmejorable

The canapés were terrible and looked like they'd been made days before (the toast was like chewing gum), a glass of cava or something similar, and after that, you have to pay extra for anything else you want to drink. For the price, I wouldn't recommend it. If it were cheaper, I'd understand, but it's far too expensive for what they offer. That said, the staff's service is excellent.

El crucero estuvo bien, pero estaría bien que avisarais que el punto de encuentro es el propio barco y no hay nadie de Civitatis, cadi perdemos el viaje porque esperábamos en la entrada del embarcadero.

The cruise was good, but it would be nice if you'd let us know that the meeting point is the ship itself and there's no one from Civitatis there. We almost missed the trip because we were waiting at the entrance to the pier.
