Lord Howe Island Scuba Diving Introduction

We'll meet up at 1:30 pm at Lagoon Road. There, your instructor for this introduction to scuba diving will be waiting for you.

First of all, we will show you a video on some basic concepts about scuba diving and then you'll be asked to fill in a quick questionnaire to make sure you have processed all the necessary information.

Next, we'll move on to getting familiar with the equipment before heading to the beach, where we will then practice some easy exercises in shallow waters. After a few minutes, you will get so used to it that you'll be able to breathe underwater as comfortably as a fish! 

Are you ready? We'll now venture further into the beautiful seas of Lord Howe Island and be underwater for approximately 40 minutes, depending on how long your oxygen lasts. 

If you pay close attention, you'll be sure to notice a myriad of different fish, colorful coral, and some other curious sea creatures. 

Once the underwater submersion is over, we will head back to the dive center and conclude our activity at 4.30 pm.

After your last underwater immersion, you must wait at least 24 hours to board a plane or to go any high-altitude areas.
