Scuba Diving in Lord Howe Island

At the selected time we'll meet up at Lagoon Road. There we'll hand you the equipment and head to the docks to hop on a boat start our underwater adventure.

Then we'll sail to the area where you'll go underwater. Once we get there, without further ado, you'll jump into the water to explore the marvelous seabed of the island.

You'll take on one or two dives, depending on which option you choose. You'll be able to fully admire the diverse fauna of Tasmanian waters, the visibility is amazing.

Huge coral formations, tropical fish, reef sharks, sea turtles, stingrays... These are some of the many things that await us underwater.

Once our underwater adventure is over, we'll head back to the dive center, ending the activity.

Schedule & Duration

The times and duration of the activity will depend on the option you choose:

• 1 dive: the activity lasts 2.5 hours and starts at 2 pm
• 2 dives: the activity lasts 4.5 hours and starts at 9 am

Requirements

To be able to participate in this diving activity, it's required to have the international PADI Open Water certificate or similar document that will prove that you are prepared for this dive.

Important Info

After your last underwater dive, you must wait at least 24 hours to board a plane or to go any high-altitude areas.
