Thanks to Fady, our coordinator, and the excellent work of the guides in Luxor (Mohamed), a truly wonderful person. In Cairo, Yahja, passionate about his history, was also lovely. Hatshepsut, the eldest daughter of Tutmosis I, was the fifth pharaoh of the 18th dynasty and one of the most successful monarchs in Egyptian history. Her reign was characterised by stability and prosperity—leaving an indelible mark on Egypt.
