The ebb and flow glades are overrated. The ecosystem is very well maintained, and I'm sure the animals are too, but they should stop selling the viewing opportunities, as they're very difficult to see. The tour of Miami was notable for the guide, but there weren't enough stops to photograph some parts of the city. And the boat ride through the bay to see the mansions leaves you with a taste of the reality we live in.

Civitatis has never let me down to this day. This tour was phenomenal and with a guide who tells you in detail about many aspects of Miami, perfect especially for tourists who don't have many days as was our case. This was my second time but for my family it was their first time. A very well distributed whole day: crocodiles, city and cruise; perfect tour, and then on your second and third day you can walk at your own pace and enjoy the food and "do some shopping." Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was great. I had some problems with the guide, because I booked in Portuguese and only had the option of doing it in English or Spanish, and only on another day. This didn't really affect the experience, because the guide Alejandro was really nice. I couldn't have a better experience in the Everglades because there were no crocodiles in their natural habitat and it rained a lot that day. I suggest that they provide raincoats, that would improve the experience. Overall, the experience was good, but there are areas for improvement. Opinion translated. Show original.

Everything was fine, the guide was very good, but we got soaked in the deluge in Everglades. I think it could have been expected and avoided because the rest of the day was soaked and there was too little time in the graffiti district and in the Little Havana district. It's a shame they don't leave more time to enjoy it more. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Alfonso is an excellent guide. We have done several tours in the United States since we arrived and this was without a doubt one of the best. Super complete if you have little time to see Miami or don't know where to start. The day wasn't very good since it was raining a lot but that's summer in Florida. As for the Everglades, the best time is winter, the waters are lower and you can see more alligators. During the summer there are storms and they hide under water! Opinion translated. Show original.

Tour totalmente recomendado. Translate this opinion into English.

Totally recommended tour. The driver (charming) picked us up scheduled to take us on a car tour of the contrasts of Miami, letting us go out to take photos at all times while he told us the history of each place. Next we went to the Everglades, a beautiful natural park that you have to go to if you are in Miami. Later we headed to little Havana, where we had 45 minutes to enjoy its streets and its gastronomy. Later we went to see the houses of famous people. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Alejandro very kind. We went to the Everglades park and the hovercraft experience was very good. Afterwards we took the contrasts tour, where we had 1 hour to eat and visit Little Havanna. And finally we got on the boat, where they showed us the mansions of several famous people. Very pleasant experience. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Super recomendamos! Translate this opinion into English.

Great day we spent with our guide Alfonso, everything good that is said about him is not enough. He knows the area perfectly and makes the day very fun with his jokes and curious facts. Despite the effort he had to make that day to be with us, he was great. A 10 for him! As for the excursions, the one to the Everglades, I thought the hovercraft was going to go faster and be more exciting, but it was more of a leisurely ride, but we saw birds and alligators.

Punctual pickup by Fernando, our guide. It started very well, giving us a review of the creation of Florida and Miami. What we liked least is that he did not stop making racist and humiliating comments about immigrants, homeless people, etc., in addition to pro-Trump political propaganda. That and he focused too much on giving us the prices of ALL the properties we passed by. Everglades fine, although we saw only 1 alligator. Maybe it would have been better to go first thing in the morning, with less heat.

Translate this opinion into English.

Super recomendable!! Translate this opinion into English.

Super recommended!! We did the activity on 09/01 with Alfonso, a guide and an excellent person!!! We had to do the activity alone and we were very comfortable with him all day. He explained everything very well, always attentive. He would stop where we told him to take photos, he even stopped so we could buy some coffees. In short, we highly recommend Alfonso, as he has great knowledge of Miami and is an excellent person! Opinion translated. Show original.

The driver Alfonso very well, the best of the activity. He explained many things to us and very interesting The activity of the Everglades left a little to be desired, since the boat ride was 30 'and we did not see anything. Important, that if it is raining, it would be interesting to let us know that we take the raincoat The Tour of the houses of the famous was very good but the speaker did nothing more than ask for a tip notify him when hiring him Opinion translated.

We could not see the alligators, the guide was only in English in the everglades. In the description it says that it included water and a coffee tasting which did not happen. Everything else does what it says. The guide Alfonso was super friendly, respectful, explained well, answered all questions. It's the best of the tour.

Long time in the vehicle. No stop in Miami Beach, but one stop to see a pool (??). From so much car ride you fall asleep. The tour of the alligators is not in Spanish. A bit chaotic arrival to the boat. The driver leaves us somewhere and tells us what ship it is. As we got closer there was a lot of chaos with people coming off other boats and people queuing up and it was for other boats.

Translate this opinion into English.

As stated on our website, this activity includes two main stops: in the Wynwood Urban Art District and in Little Havana. South Beach, however, is seen on board the bus. On the other hand, we have confirmed that our team stopped for a few minutes at the Venetian pool in Coral Gables, a 1924 monument of great interest, and that it is not always open. This was done to please the participants. We are sorry if the service did not live up to everyone's expectations. Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity was in general good but please look after the time between Everglades tour and the city tour if the group has to be splitted. I could not reach my group in time because we were too late but I had the chance to follow the city tour with the spanish guide Fernando who has been really an excellent city guide. Many thanks to him!

It was a very instructive excursion and Alfonso did not stop explaining everything, with a very new and well-conditioned van. The most regular thing was the boat to see the islands of the bay, which was too noisy. Recommended to see how different Miami can be Opinion translated. Show original.
