Hice la reserva el mismo día, un par de horas antes, y al llegar todo fue super rápido y sencillo. El lugar es sencillo, pero el paseo en aerodeslizador (45 minutos aprox) se disfruta bastante (recomendado llevar gorra y lentes, porque nos llovió unos minutos y lastiman por la velocidad). Vimos de 3 a 4 cocodrilos, y un par de aves en los everglades, y algunos animales en un mini-zoo que tienen. Para mi vale la pena hacer el tour. Translate this opinion into English.

I made the reservation the same day, a couple of hours in advance, and upon arrival, everything was super quick and easy. The place is simple, but the airboat ride (approximately 45 minutes) was quite enjoyable (it's recommended to wear a hat and sunglasses, because it rained for a few minutes and the speed can hurt). La actividad bien, pero falta información a la hora de elegir la excursión, porque no indica claramente que NO se lleva a cabo en el Parque Nacional de Everglades, a pesar de que en el título de la actividad indica Everglades, sin más, lo que lleva a confusión. Me hubiera gustado que lo explicasen mejor, pues nuestra intención era hacerlo en el Parque Nacional. El paisaje no es el mismo, se queda muy pobre.Indican que hay que llamar el día de la excursión, totalmente absurdo, pues no es necesari

The activity was good, but there was a lack of information when choosing the excursion, because it didn't clearly indicate that it did NOT take place in Everglades National Park, even though the title of the activity simply says Everglades, which was confusing. I would have liked it if they had explained it better, since our intention was to do it in the National Park. The landscape isn't the same; it's very poor. Fue todo bien. Es un poco aleatorio ver caimanes (depende de muchas cosas). La información es la justa y el tiempo también. Lo mejor es la zona de conservación de especias donde puedes ver diferentes reptiles de cerca. El paseo bien de duración. Sólo vimos un cocodrilo de lejos y una iguana grande. Demasiada gente en la misma barca. Si te toca atrás disfrutas mucho menos y las fotos són peores que las de la primera fila. El supuesto "show" con cocodrilos te lo puedes ahorrar. No hay show por ninguna parte

El paseo en aerodeslizador divertido aunq con el ruido q hace normal q no se vean animales. Hemos visto 2 pájaros. Fácil de encontrar. El guía que llevaba el airboat sabía perfectamente donde encontrarlos y pudimos ver un cocodrilo. La zona de la exhibition es un poco pobre, se nota que necesitan dinero para mejorarla, pero por lo que se paga no está mal. El personal muy simpático sobretodo la chica que se ofreció a dejarnos tocar un aligator baby. Nos dio mucha información y nos lo dejó tocar todo el rato que quisimos. No tenía prisa. Estuvo muy bien porque tuvimos la suerte de ver un caimán, aunque si no hubiese sido así, quizás hubiese sido un poco decepcionante, aunque obviamente eso no puedan controlarlo.
