Escursione a Key West piacevole e ben organizzata. A pleasant and well-organized excursion to Key West. The meeting point is not at the Holiday Inn as indicated, but in front of the Miami Bayside, under the flags. Departure at 7:15 AM, with a 20-minute breakfast stop in Key Largo. I recommend renting bikes in Key West ($20 each): the sights are far apart. Departure at 5:15 PM and return to Miami in 3.5 hours. Bring a rain poncho and a change of clothes: the weather is scorching, you'll sweat a lot, and it changes quickly. Opinion translated. Show original.

First, I should mention that the pick-up location they told us to use for the tour didn't match where the bus was waiting. They told us the tour would start at 7 AM and that we should arrive before then. We arrived at 6:35 AM and, seeing that it was getting late and no matter how much we looked, we couldn't see a bus at the stop they told us about. It turns out they had moved the stop 200 meters away, and nobody told us. We almost missed it and lost the money we had paid.

The pickup time was 25 minutes late. The breakfast place seemed expensive, even though the food was good. Key West itself is spectacular. In our case, it was just the driver; we didn't have a tour guide, so we explored the area on our own, at our own pace. The return trip was great; we arrived back at Bayside at 9:30.

The place is amazing. I highly recommend it. The problem was the organization; the pick-up point was a hotel under construction that had nowhere to wait, it was pouring rain and we had no shelter. They insist a lot on the time, that we should be punctual... the pick-up time was at 7 in the morning and the bus didn't arrive until 7:30. There were more than 30 of us soaked waiting, and when it arrived, not even an apology... I booked with Civitatis in New York and it was a 10 service, but in Miami it was a disaster...

I would have liked the opportunity to choose a pick-up closer to my hotel, but it wasn't possible. When we settled on the bus, a family was asked to pay 20 dollars per seat to allow their children to sit in the row with a view of the road, with a completely fogged-up window. We left after 6 PM from Key West to wait for 4 latecomers.

I had to make a ton of arrangements to get picked up from the hotel for the tour. First with Civitatia, then they sent us to the Miami operator, and that one sent us to another. In the end, three companies and three calls. They offered the bare minimum of convenience. We left late, an hour to get there and half an hour to get back. The bus kept stopping along the way because it was so old. Very...

The breakfast stop we made on the way was at a place that caught our attention because of its poor condition. With so many options available, they stopped at the worst one—for example, with portable toilets that hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Then, the car we hired to explore Key West was unmanageable, and finding parking was impossible, so I recommend renting a car outside of Key West when you arrive.

I booked a round-trip bus to Key West, Florida. The bus arrived more than half an hour late, and we left an hour late. It stopped for gas on both the outbound and return trips, and then at one point the driver stopped, got off, and went to smoke. It was midnight, and we were all still on the bus. We arrived at 2:00 AM. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the bus was going excessively slowly on the outbound trip, causing problems for other drivers, but the driver never seemed to notice. I've never experienced anything like it.
