Pantanal Hiking Tour
Description
On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the indicated location to begin this hiking route around the outskirts of the farm in Pantanal. We'll pass through the countryside and swampy forests!
We'll start with a somewhat difficult walk along the Agachi stream while we listen to the relaxing sounds of the flowing water. In this privileged environment, we'll learn more about the Pantanal and Cerrado flora and fauna.
During the tour, we'll discover some regional fruits such as the bacuri and the most common tree associated with these landscapes, as well as burití, bocaiúva, guavira and pequi fruits. We'll also see and hear animals such as anteaters, nasua, monkeys and capybaras, as well as birds like parrots, parrakeets, toucans, and woodpeckers. You'll love discovering all of this amazing flora and fauna.
Once we've finished the hike, we'll make a short stop to enjoy some refreshments in the middle of the forest and listen to some stories and legends about the region before visiting the Agachi museum, where we'll find different objects, photographs and souvenirs.
Beforehand, we'll enjoy some other activities such as a carriage ride and we'll even get to practice some fishing using the catch and release technique.
We'll bring this activity to an end after 4 hours together back at the starting point. Until next time!
