Get ready for an action-packed day at the Cola de Caballo Ecotourism Park! You’ll unleash your adventurous side surrounded by the lush landscapes of Monterrey.

Cola de Caballo Ecopark

In Santiago, just 40 minutes from Monterrey, you’ll find one of the most complete adventure parks in the state of Nuevo León.

As soon as you arrive, you’ll step into a natural area famous for its mountain scenery and its iconic waterfall. You’ll follow a cobbled path leading to the Cola de Caballo waterfall viewpoint, where you can admire this impressive cascade surrounded by greenery.

Beyond the scenery, the park features specially designed adventure areas, equipment stations, platforms, and clearly marked waiting zones. Let the action begin!

Here are the activities included:

Zip Line

After gearing up with a harness and safety system, you’ll launch off on the Roller Zip, a 330-meter-high (1,083-foot) zip line designed with curves, slopes, and dips rather than a straight route.

You’ll soar over the park as you pick up speed along the changing inclines. Depending on availability, you can ride in a seated position with a waist harness or in a Superman-style position.

Pendulum Jump

For this activity, you’ll climb up to a high platform to take a giant pendulum-style leap, similar to an enormous swing. Once your equipment and anchor points are checked, you’ll step off and begin a wide arc of motion, using the height to create a thrilling sense of drop and acceleration.

The most intense moment comes right at the start, when gravity takes over. With each swing, the movement gradually steadies, and you’ll feel lighter and lighter.

Bungee Jumping

Want something even more extreme? You can also try bungee jumping from the Sierra de Santiago. You’ll head up to a platform about 70 meters high in the mountains.

Once ready, you can choose to jump secured by your waist or attached at the ankles. The team will carefully check your harness and elastic cord before the countdown. When you leap, you’ll experience a free fall followed by the stretch of the cord and several controlled rebounds. It’s similar to the pendulum jump, but with greater elasticity. Once the motion stops, the team will assist you safely back.
