First, we'll discuss the wines produced in this region of Mexico. We'll discover what types of grapes are grown in the state of Nuevo León, learn about the winemaking process, and explore the characteristics of each grape variety with the guidance of a certified sommelier who will reveal all the secrets of each variety.
