Jewish Museum & Tolerance Center Tour
Jewish Museum & Tolerance Center Tour
At the time selected we'll meet at the Jewish Museum & Centre for Tolerance main entrance to begin the guided tour of its permanent exhibition, which has been listed many times as one of the best in the world.
We'll spend two hours touring the rooms around the Moscow gallery, which tells the story of this community's passage throughout the country from the mid-18th century to the present day. Today, Russia has one of the largest Jewish populations in the whole European continent.
The tour will also help us to better understand Jewish history thanks to the audiovisual installations and graphic documents that are distributed throughout the museum. You'll be surprised! Did you know that this centre has up to 12 themed pavilions? They were designed by Ralph Appelbaum Associates, a leader in the field of exhibition design.
