No me gusto la espera a españoles y chinos o japoneses, hacernos de cambiar de cera por debajo de la estación para luego meternos en un autobús donde solo se hablaba inglés, que la señora lo hablaba bien pero que no lo entiendo total en todos se hablaba nos meten en cualquiera según la fila y nos nos apartan como ganado no selecto. Fatal esta cuestión. Luego el viaje fue bien y Muy bonito la ciudad de Rotherburg. Pero para entrar en el castillo otros 10€ además del precio de la excursión, mal.

La Guía fue increíblemente educada e intentaba que todos estuviésemos agusto con el tour, hubiésemos preferido en español , pero fue en inglés (Daniella), se esforzó por que la entendiésemos . A mi parecer el castillo de Harburgo en este viaje sobraba, Ya que luego en Rothenburgo tuvimos muy poco tiempo para comer y recorrer la ciudad medieval,Que era realmente Preciosa..Lo que deberían de decir que a partir del 24 de dic quitan los puestos de Navidad y ya no hay ese ambiente que te esperas nav Translate this opinion into English.

Primero visitas el castillo, el tour no incluye el castillo pagas 10 euros, y este costo por entrar no vale la pena, aquí un guía del castillo es quien te da el recorrido y es pésimo, no explica historia , solo apunta y te dice que ver, y aparte te trae de prisa. El castillo no vale la pena. Despues Rothenburg te dan 3 horas para conocerlo, es hermoso. Recomendación mejor toma un tren y ve directo a conocerlo tu. Gastas menos y estás el tiempo que quieres.

La actividad es excelente, si están en Múnich es clave e imperdible. A través de la ruta romántica verán un montón de pueblos medievales, castillos e increíbles vistas. Ni hablar de Rotemburgo un lugar bellísimo que te hace sentir como en una película. El tour lamentablemente fue en inglés porque no andaban las audioguías. Hana nuestra guía fue muy amable y considerada con ello y nos hizo una interpretación personalizada, acompañando a mi madre que no habla otro idioma que no sea el español. Mi única queja es acerca de el aire acondicionando en el vehículo, demasiado alto para la temperatura de principios de Mayo, todo el que podía se ponía el anorak o chaqueta para mitigarlo. Empiezo por un cobro extra no informado, al inicio te exigen el pago de 9€ extra por persona por la entrada al castillo, lo cual no se informa en la actividad. Punto negativo por esto. En la reserva se indica que en el bus vamos a disponer de audioguía y no se nos proporciona. Y pone que se explicará el pueblo y el guía tampoco lo hizo. Además, mando mensajes para confirmar si se podía hacer el tour también en español y no obtengo respuesta. El pueblo merece la pena de ver.

En la descripción ponía que se iba a visitar un campo de lúpulo y no se hizo, que no es problema, pero esa hora que ganamos se podría haber invertido en pasar más tiempo en Rotenburg(para mí el objetivo principal de la excursión) y no en llegar antes. El castillo de Harburg esta chulo, pero Rothenburg ODT es un pasada!!! Es una ciudad medieval amurallada que parece una ciudad de cuento, es preciosa. No le doy la máxima nota por dos aspectos: está muy lejos de Munich (se tarda 3 horas en ir y 3 en volver) y no está guiado en español, es en inglés y si no hablas inglés pues te pierdes toda la narración del guía. La actividad es en inglés no en español. La verdad es que como el día anterior hicimos otra actividad de Civitatis a los palacios y lo hicieron tan bien, que esta se quedó corta. El guía era más un acompañante que guía. Parecía una excursión masificada, sin trato personalizado. En el punto de encuentro había más autobuses, no solo el tuyo. Y el guía no sabía ni tu nombre. Por lo demás, bien. Muchas horas en carretera.

Los lugares hermosos, sin embargo la guía no decía bien ni la hora ni el lugar donde encontrarse por lo que en 2 oportunidades se perdió gente, algo que nunca me había pasado en otros tours. El conductor gritaba de muy mala manera a la gente que llenaba tarde por lo que el ambiente no fue para nada agradable. Por último, el viaje de vuelta fueron 3 horas en las cuales la guía hablo mucho por alto parlantes cosas para nada interesantes, las decía primero en inglés y luego en español bastante malo

El pueblo es muy pintoresco. La parada en el castillo de Harburg está bien, pero resta tiempo para poder disfrutar de Rotenburgo que era lo que me interesaba realmente. No nos dio tiempo a verlo con tranquilidad. Ya que al tener que dedicar tiempo a la parada necesaria para comer, (tardaron muchísimo en servir) recomiendo llevar bocata. Más el tiempo que dedicamos a comprar regalos navideños en la tienda, se quedó en una visita exprés.

The town is very picturesque. The stop at Harburg castle is fine, but it takes time to enjoy Rotenburg, which was what really interested me. We didn't have time to see it calmly. Since having to dedicate time to the necessary stop to eat, (they took a long time to serve) I recommend bringing a sandwich. Excellent and recommended tour. Elizabeth was a great tour guide all the way. On the bus, she gives you interesting info about the cities (Munich, Harburg, Rothenburg), places, and their history. The tour is in English but Elizabeth talks slowly so if your English is not so good, you can understand her perfectly. La excursión fue genial y la guía encantadora. Era todo en inglés, no tenían audio-guías. Íbamos en 2 autobuses grandes así que bastante lleno pues es agosto. Todo fue puntual, sin atascos por suerte. Por decir algo negativo, tuvimos que desviarnos a la vuelta para dejar a una mujer en la estación de tren de Donauwörth. Como sugerencia para Civitatis, estaría bien añadir una excursión al pueblo de Dinkelsbühl ya que lo vimos desde lejos en el bus y era precioso. ;) Recomiendo esta excursión.

Sin desmerecer el castillo de Harburg, disfrutaría más la experiencia dedicando toda la jornada a Rotemburgo para aprovechar el pueblo a tope, es precioso, pasear por sus calles, probar sus dulces típicos, visitar las tiendas dedicadas a la navidad,... A pesar de ser un tour en inglés y que el audio del bus no aporta gran cosa merece mucho la pena, tuvimos la suerte de que la guía hablaba también italiano e hizo por entenderse, por no mencionar q 1\3 de la excursión éramos españoles.

El tour se hace eterno, no existio audioguia en el bus ya que fallo, la guia estuvo bastante atenta a todo. Las vistas son maravillosas en Rotemburgo, para mi valio la pena el larguisimo recorrido. No merece la pena entrar al castillo de Harburg ya que si no sabes ingles bien no comprendes mucho la historia y no tiene cosas muy bellas para mostrar, lo mejor es quedarse por las afueras y encantarse con su fortificacion, fueron 8 euros perdidos.

Cuando los contraté en diciembre era en español. Unas semanas antes de irme, me dijeron que era en inglés pero con audioguia en español. Pues no funcionaba!!!!! Hice todo el tour con guía en inglés y no quede para nada satisfecha!!! Además el bus tenía problemas técnicos y paró dos o tres veces!! Muy mala experiencia!! Siempre contrato por civitatis pero esta vez me defraudaron!

El funcionamiento del tour se modificó y aceptaste el cambio. Las paradas se realizaron por los fallos en las audioguías, para intentar arreglarlas, sentimos las molestias. Se ha aplicado la compensación oportuna.
