El lugar divino....Salzburgo es excelente El bus sin problemas El guía un mal educado...irrespetuoso...casi burlando xq hablamos spanish...y no haciéndose cargo q una excursión donde Udes ofrecen audio guía para los q no hablamos un inglés rápido...no funcionaban.. Entonces...mi consulta..quien se hace cargo q los aparatos de audio guía no funcionen??? Gracias

The place is divine... Salzburg is excellent. The bus was fine. The guide was rude and disrespectful, almost mocking us because we spoke Spanish. He didn't take responsibility for the fact that an audio guide for those of us who don't speak fluent English wasn't working on an excursion where you offer one. A excursão foi ótima,. Saímos e chegamos no horário certo, o guia foi responsável e divertido ao mesmo tempo. Ao meu ver só não foi melhor, pois o ônibus só estava a nossa disposição 15 minutos antes de retornarmos e não havia sinalização de que estávamos no local combinado. É bom atentar as características do ônibus, como decalques, pinturas ou placa de trânsito. ( Tirar uma foto, deve ajudar).

In my opinion, it wasn't perfect only because the bus was only available to us 15 minutes before our return and there was no sign indicating that we were at the agreed location. Passeio muito bom, pontual, guia dá muitas informações mas o tempo na cidade é curto demais pra ver tanta coisa. O passeio de barco é muito bacana, a cidade de St Wolfgang é linda e cheia de lojinhas. Ponto negativo: motorista do ônibus dirigiu assistindo video no celular o tempo inteiro na ida e na volta. Merece la pena pero, cuando contratas la actividad ofrecen audio guía en español y cuando llegas al autobús te informan de que no existe, lo cual me parece un detalle feo, ya que no se ajusta a la oferta. La visita a Salzburgo, no da tiempo a ver las cosas con calma y la guía explica bastante poco debido al escaso tiempo. La excursión no arrancó de la mejor manera, ya que llegamos en punto y el colectivo ya había partido, no esperaron ni un minuto (de hecho salieron antes), en la descripción del tour te ofrecen una audio guía la cual no existe y si uno no sabe inglés, no entiende nada. Además que en la descripción dan a entender que hay un paseo en bote opcional pero en la realidad hay que pagar 16 p/p o sino esperar con el colectivero en su descanso.. De todos modos la parte del paseo en bote fue lo mejor!

The Tour guide and Bus driver were very nice. The information giving on the trip was interesting and the boat trip through the lake was amazing. The visit to Salzburg, however, was too short and it would have been better if there was a route with a guide instead of 3 hours of free time so we could find the places faster and have time to go into a museum. I would recommend it.

En primer lugar, la guia, Alejandra estubo brillante. Aprovechamos el trayecto para contextualizar y contarnos muchas cosas sobre Salzburg. Alli, nos conto anecdotas, datos interesantes, nos recomendo sitios para comer y en el.tiempo libre nos dio varias opciones que aprovechamos muy bien. Fue un dia muy completo. El sitio es muy bonito. La verdad es que la guia lo hizo que fuera todo mucho mas facil, entretenido y ameno. Nos lo pasamos genial. A demas, nos hizo muy buenas fotos, una surte!

Realizamos la excursión un grupo de ocho amigos, todos tenemos la misma opinión, nos parece que la hora de regreso las 4/4:30 de la tarde es muy temprana debiendo dejarse más tiempo para poder ver la ciudad iluminada al igual que los mercadillos, la salida debería ser sobre las 5:30/6 de la tarde. No nos gustó la guía nada amena y en sus explicaciones se centró mucho en la película "Sonrisas y Lágrimas" y no se entró en ninguna iglesia. La ciudad es espectacular y en diciembre más aún.

¡Una gran expereriencia! Merece mucho la pena hacer esta excursión y Salzburgo es impresionante. Alejandra, que fue nuestra guía, nos explicó un montón de cosas y fue muy simpática con todo el mundo. Quizá hubiera hecho un recorrido más pausado al principio y después ya hubiera dejado más tiempo libre. Pero aún así, fue perfecto jejejeje
