El audio es muy básico, apenas te dan detalles de lo que vas viendo, el 90% del tiempo solo era música. En algunas paradas no lo pudimos coger porque estaba lleno, esperamos el siguiente, pero pierdes tiempo. Pero si tienes poco tiempo para ver la ciudad, es una forma estupenda de ver un poquito por encima lo más reseñable de la ciudad.

Peccato per il giro nella linea A, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più che un semplice giro e nient'altro... Le spiegazioni ridotte e le canzoni napoletane non erano all'altezza del biglietto pagato.. deluso La linea B molto meglio per i panorami mozzafiato e il giro più lungo, per il resto tutto normale.

The frequency of the buses are good and also the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place it needs improvement is, there were no staff nearby the Napoli central station to guide tourist to the place of onboarding the bus. We spend almost an hour to find the boarding station and unlike Rome here one will find less English speaking people so with language barriers it becomes even more difficult. The place is but amazing with it's rich culture and beauty.

We regret any inconvenience with the tour. We take note to keep improving our service.

A Napoli sono stati tutti gentilissimi. A Genova il responsabile è stato molto scortese e minaccioso. E il tutto per esserci lamentati sul fatto di aver dovuto attendere 40 minuti anziché 20. Son dos líneas de autobús turístico. Una recorre el centro histórico (que puedes hacer perfectamente a pie) y otra más larga que (unos 75 minutos) que recorre la la bahía. Creo que la actividad está bien, pero para que merezca la pena debería ser más barata. Contratamos porque en el recorrido que descargamos venían otras dos rutas que estaban más lejos, una llegaba a Capodimonte y otra a la Cartuja San Martino, pero allí nos dijeron que esas dos rutas no existen desde hace dos años.

There are two tourist bus lines. One runs through the historic center (which you can do perfectly on foot) and a longer one (about 75 minutes) that runs along the bay. I think the activity is good, but to be worth it it should be cheaper. We hired because the route we downloaded came from two other routes that were further away, one went to Capodimonte and the other to the Cartuja San Martino, but there they told us that these two routes have not existed for two years.

La linea B, que da el paseo por el puerto, es muy bonita y te muestra una napoles que no podrias conocer de otra manera. Sin embargo, la linea A que va al centro deja mu hi que desear. La duración es de uno 20 minutos y las explicacionws de la audioguia muy simples. Esta linea deberia de mejor para que valga la pena el costo del ticket.

Realmente muy lejos de otro City Tours de otras ciudades de Europa,los recorridos comienzan la B a las 9 y 30 hs y la A a las 9 y 45 hs.finalizando los recorridos a las 18 y 40 hs. la B y a las 18 y 20 hs. la A o sea que no se cumplen las 12 hs de recorridos,tampoco se tiene muy en cuenta en el paseo un relato cultural y por ùltimo las zonas de recorrido no muestran mayormente lugares importantes,Me refiero a Napoli.

En la descripción de la página web comentamos que la línea A pasa de 9:45 a 17:15, cada 30 minutos y la línea B de 9:30 a 17:30, cada 30 minutos. Sentimos que no haya sido como esperabas.

Il giro e l'autobus perfetti, ma il mio appunto va al sistema di prenotazione. Sono un turista e quindi ho prenotato dalla camera dell'albergo con il mio smartphone. Quando mi sono recato al punto di partenza e mostrato il PDF della prenotazione e del pagamento mi dicono che era necessario la stampa su cartaceo del PDF. Richiesta stupida e anacronistica. Come facevo a farla da una camera d'albergo? E a che serve avere un sito online se poi si inceppa su una cosa ,ormai, fuori tempo?

Perfecto. Personal muy atento y amables. Aunque deberían coordinar mejor el tiempo para el cambio de lineas en la cabecera de salida, ya que tuve que esperar 40 minutos a que saliera la linea azul después de llegar con la linea roja. Pero aun así todo perfecto.
