The driver was 15 minutes late. No attempt made to contact me, I had to call. Clearly the driver had another ride they were dropping off at our hotel. Not impressed
As indicated in the booking confirmation email, if the driver cannot be reached, the passenger must contact the driver to be informed of the situation. Sometimes these delays occur due to traffic or delays in other services. We are sorry that the experience did not live up to your expectations.

Mauricio, the driver, picked us up right on time and was very helpful in placing our many suitcases in his car. He was very nice and drove us to JFK using the best alternatives in a heavy traffic environment. Once we reached the airport, he again helped us with putting our luggage in carts and did not just unload them and leave them in the street. We were very satisfied with his service

HEllo The driver that drove us to JFK was a nice man. But I have to complaint that he did not speak English. Only chinese. That made very difficult the communication. Albert
Drivers are not required to speak languages. However, in order to work with our local they must have, at least, some knowledge of English. We are sorry if the communication with him was not fluent.

Lamentable ya que al llegar nos encontramos con la noticia que ese transporte no se realizaba más por lo que tanto tuve que tomar otro por el que tuve que paga necesito me devuelvan el importe de lo pagado espero noticias y la devolución del importe

Cuando hemos ido a buscar el transporte, nos han dicho que tenemos que esperar mínimo media hora a qué nos vengan a buscar el chófer. No entiendo cómo teniendo una reserva y sabiendo a la hora que aterrizaba el vuelo, tenemos que esperar.
En los traslados compartidos los transporten comienzan a dar servicio una vez han recogido a los pasajeros de las diferentes reservas que tienen asignadas.

Nos costó un poco encontrar el mostrador por nuestra cuenta, pero preguntando al personal del aeropuerto nos indicaron donde estaba. Después nos recogió un conductor muy simpático y nos dejó en la puerta del hotel.

No nos recogieron. Dijeron que no trabajaban ya con civitatis y si queriamos ir teniamos que pagarles. Teneis que haver decolución del dinero.

Supuestamente no entraba el código de reserva por me ha dicho la chica que no pagaban los viajes por parte de lo que yo había contratado. Hemos tenido que esperar un montón de tiempo y he tenido que pagar otra vez 44 dólares y he hecho doble gasto
Sentimos realmente la confusión. Hemos hecho llegar lo ocurrido a nuestro colaborador para que tome medidas y que no vuelva a suceder. Hemos gestionado el reembolso de la reserva.
