Olive Oil Mill and Grove Tour + Tasting

Description

At the indicated time we'll meet at the Oristano olive grove's entrance, located on the outskirts of the town in west Sardinia. Are you ready to walk through a countryside of olive trees more than 100 years old?

We'll be guided by Paola and Antonello, the owners of the estate, to discover how they produce extra virgin olive oil with love and passion. As we enter the grounds, we'll see farm animals, an ancient well and a stone mill.

You'll enjoy an experience in contact with nature and uncover Sardinia's traditions. Paola and Antonello will reveal a lot of interesting facts about the olive trees and we'll learn more about how this product, so characteristic of the Mediterranean diet, is made.

Afterwards, we'll pay a visit to the oil mill, where we'll be given a detailed explanation of the whole process of olive oil production. The best part? We'll end the activity on a high note with an olive oil tasting. You'll love the liquid gold of Sardinia!

After 2 hours of experience, we'll say goodbye at the entrance of the olive grove.
