Espectacular experiencia, recomiendo comprar el ticket de solo un parque ya que los dos es abarcar mas de lo posible y no vereis todo, sin embargo con el de un parque exprimiras al maximo al que vayas, y ya como comentario personal recomendable ir al parque disneyland antes que a los estudios, es mucho mas grande y divertido, sea cual sea la edad. El personal nos atendió muy amablemente, además hablaba varios idiomas incluyendo español. El bus llega sobre las 10am y regresa a las 7pm. Sólo esperó 5min. Si no se llega a tiempo o se prefiere seguir en el parque, hay tren y taxi. Punto de mejora: el texto del bono PDF es confuso, dice "El tour parte desde el núm.. 20 de la Place Vins de France (...) el guía os estará esperando (...) en la parada de autobús (...) Es Disney, una gran experiencia y la verdad vale mucho la pena, digo obviamente por tiempos no pude recorrer los 2 parques pero el hecho de estrar a uno lo hace mágico, solamente le agregaría la posibilidad de que puedas comprar un Pase VIP o Flash Pass para que puedas disfrutar más rápido las atracciones, pero sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente. El transporte de ida un 100, Tiquetes y logística excelente. Disney genial. Transporte de vuelta mal, el conductor no sabia español y tenia mal genio y la encargada verifico los tiquetes de regreso, en Paris centro se bajó y no explicó nada claro y se fue. Tuvimos que bajarnos ahí porque el conductor no supo decirnos que iba a hacer. Muy mal caminamos mucho tramo con niños a esa hora de la noche cero considerados.

La actividad fue muy bien excepto por el tiempo lluvioso y las colas en las atracciones. El único punto negativo a destacar fue que cambiaron el punto de recogida y Civitatis no aviso de dicho cambio, ya que dicho punto de recogida estaba cerrado por reformas por los juegos olímpicos, menos mal que pasamos el día de antes y lo vimos contactamos con el operador y nos informó del nuevo punto de recogida.

La estancia en el parque Disneyland fue muy buena, sin embargo, al adquirir los tickets ponía que la duración de la actividad era de 12 horas y solo nos dieron 10 horas incluyendo los trayectos en autobús de 45 minutos y nos quedamos un poco cortos de tiempo en el parque. Por otro lado, el autobús no fue puntual ni a la salida ni a la hora de la recogida y el conductor era demasiado brusco al conducir. Espero que Civitatis ajuste el horario de la actividad.
