Llegamos y la persona que traía el cartel de Civitatis nos comentó que no era con ellos que ella estaba esperando a otra persona y me mandó con otra compañía que les da apoyo y esa otra persona me me mandó con una guía llamada Francesca que no explicó nada, sólo nos pidió que la siguiéramos me dieron un QR y eso fue todo

We arrived and the person who had the Civitatis sign told us that it wasn't with them, that she was waiting for someone else and sent me to another company that supports them and that other person sent me to a guide called Francesca who didn't explain anything, she just asked us to follow her, they gave me a QR code and that was it.

Un Museo de ensueño. Uno no puede irse de este mundo (tan pobre en varios aspectos) sin visitar el Louvre. Deberían sacar La Mona Lisa y llevarla a un museo de China o Japón, así se evita la aglomeración de orientales en esas salas... ( y no me refiero a Uruguayos) Translate this opinion into English.

Me parece una estada esta actividad, la entrada cuesta 22€, aquí te la venden por 65€ con supuesta entrada prioritaria a la mona lisa, cosa que no es cierta, vas con una chica hasta allí como todo el mundo que entra al museo y sigue las indicaciones. La guia Elsa super maleducada, hablando super mal a la gente del grupo y tratándolos de malas maneras. Diciendo esta persona me cae mal, no quiero que esté en el grupo, faldas de respeto constantes, un despropósito de persona.

This activity seems like a waste of time to me. Admission costs €22, but here they sell it for €65, with supposed priority access to the Mona Lisa, which isn't true. You go there with a girl like everyone else who enters the museum, and you follow the signs. The guide, Elsa, was incredibly rude, speaking rudely to the group and treating them rudely. She said I dislike this person. I don't want her in the group. She constantly flouts respect, she's a total disrespect.

Demasiadas prisas. La idea de llevarte hasta la Mona Lisa directamente es muy buena y te ahorras mucha espera, pero van demasiado rápido....iba con una señora un poco mayor y casi no podíamos seguir el ritmo.

Está muy bien lo de que sea tan rápido. Pero muy caro para eso y encima que el “acceso prioritario” es ir corriendo a la Mona Lisa 10 minutos lo primero. Luego es todo corriendo durante una hora. Pues le vemos poco sentido. Vendan que es entrada rápida y ya está…una pena porque siempre cogemos todo con vosotros.

It's great that it's so fast. But it's very expensive for that, and on top of that, "priority access" means running to the Mona Lisa for 10 minutes first. Then it's all a rush for an hour. Well, I don't see the point. They just sell it as fast track entry and that's it... a shame because we always get everything with you.

Utile per accedere velocemente dentro al museo del louvre. Soltanto per quello. La guida,per quel che quel poco che ha parlato , ha parlato esclusivamente in inglese. Ci aspettavamo che almeno tutte le informazioni generali venissero date anche in altre lingue. Dopo essere entrati nella sala dove si trova la Gioconda la guida ha proseguito fino alla fine del museo senza soffermarsi a dare altre informazioni, in silenzio. Nessuno del gruppo poteva fermarsi nemmeno per una foto.

Se supone que era una visita guiada con alguien explicándote cada área y cada cosa, no con una persona que no tiene permitido ejercer como guía dentro museo y la entrada prioritaria ver la Mona Lisa fue todo una estafa aparte de que luego de estar allá nos dimos cuenta de que los precios con un guía turístico de verdad están a menos de la mitad de lo que ustedes nos cobrar

It was supposed to be a guided tour with someone explaining each area and each thing, not with a person who is not allowed to act as a guide inside the museum and the priority entrance to see the Mona Lisa was a complete scam. Besides, after being there we realized that the prices with a real tour guide are less than half of what you charge us.

Abbiamo “perso” la guida dopo la visita della Gioconda, aveva detto che avrebbe aspettato 10 minuti dietro ad un muro, ma non siamo più riusciti a trovarla.
