What are the Caves of Drach and how were they formed?

The Caves of Drach form a complex of interconnected caverns stretching for around 0.75 miles (1.2 km) and reaching depths of up to 82 feet (25 meters). Formed millions of years ago by the action of water on limestone rock, they are home to Lake Martel, one of the world's largest underground lakes.
