O tour foi decepcionante. Em primeiro lugar, a guia chegou com 1 hora de atraso ao nosso hotel. Além disso, ela estava visivelmente irritada, sem paciência, dirigindo de forma nervosa e fez questão de dizer que nunca tinha feito o tour do dia inteiro, afirmando que a empresa havia "jogado" ela ali. O péssimo humor da guia e a confusão do roteiro, incluindo o atraso na retirada e a demora em encontrar a vinícola para a degustação, acabaram por tornar a experiência decepcionante. Uma pena.

El Tour es bastante completo y estuvo bien , con muchas explicaciones por parte del guia. si acaso resaltaría dos cosas. En la cata de la bodega hubiera estado bien acompañar los vinos con una tapita, y segundo, lo mas bonito del tour que es el paseo en barco, ahi no nos acompañó el guia y no tuvimos ninguna información de los puentes ni nada. El paseo bonito pero sin saber ni cómo se llamaban los puentes....

The tour was quite comprehensive and enjoyable, with plenty of explanations from the guide. If anything, I'd highlight two things. During the winery tasting, it would have been nice to pair the wines with a tapa, and second, the best part of the tour was the boat ride. The guide didn't accompany us there, and we didn't get any information about the bridges or anything. The tour was nice, but we didn't even know the names of the bridges...

Es un tour completísimo para ver todo Oporto, tanto la parte antigua, como la nueva incluyendo las playas. El paseo por el Duero y la visita a la bodega completan el día. Empezó el día muy bien, pero hubo algunos detalles que me impiden valorar mejor la experiencia. Considero muy grave la falta de puntualidad de la guía, insistiendo que estuviéramos a las 14:50 en el punto de encuentro para no perder el barco. Llegamos y...aún estaba comiendo...cambié la cita a las 15, dijo. No nos avisó y tuvimos que comer más rápido de lo normal. Luego, no arrancamos hasta las 15:10. Para colmo, tuvimos que esperar a pleno sol más de un cuarto de hora antes de embarcar

La actividad reseñaba una sola lengua: en español. Incumpliendola al hacerse bilingue con el ingles, con 25 personas perdiendo mucho tiempo en la dualidad aparte de la masificacion impropia, podiendo ser estas visitas de la categoria que se le supone a pesar del excelente trabajo de su guia Daniela
