When hunger strikes, head to the Sereno restaurant and enjoy a healthy, delicious lunch at your own pace, all while taking in breathtaking views of the canyons. The menu features light, nutritious dishes, from fish and meats to pastas and vegan options. Don’t miss the fresh, well-balanced desserts for a sweet finish to your meal!

You’ll also be able to unwind in the spa’s library, a quiet, cozy corner designed for true disconnection. With its warm ambiance, plush armchairs, and soft natural light, it’s the perfect spot to slow down, get lost in a good book, or simply gaze out at the landscape in peaceful reflection.

Afterward, you'll be treated to a 1-hour massage in a tranquil, private setting designed to soothe both body and mind. This exclusive therapy will melt away built-up tension, ease muscle fatigue, and invite a deep sense of calm. It’s the perfect moment to reset, recharge, and let go of everyday stress as you slip into a state of complete relaxation.

In the afternoon, enjoy a tea in the garden and a 15-minute session of wet or dry sauna, depending on the option you select, followed by a stimulating cold bath. Finally, you can close the day with a non-alcoholic drink by the infinity pool.

During the booking process, you can choose the type of experience you want to live among the following available:

• Detox Experience: ideal if you need to take a break and renew energies from within. This tour focuses on physical and mental purification, combining moments of relaxation, therapeutic techniques, and contact with nature. In addition, you will have access to the wet sauna for 15 minutes, a true reset of body and mind.
• Relax Experience: designed for those who simply want to let themselves go and enjoy a day without rushing. Here, everything is designed to promote calm and emotional well-being: cozy spaces, panoramic views, and a gentle pace that invites you to let go of tension. Perfect if you are looking to disconnect from the noise and surrender to the pleasure of doing nothing. With this option, you will also have access for 15 minutes to the wet sauna, the most reflective option!
• Fitness Experience: if you find wellness in movement, this option is for you. It includes 1 hour of access to the gym, ideal for activating the body in an environment surrounded by nature. This modality combines physical activity, body care, and moments of conscious rest, offering a perfect balance between energy and relaxation. With this option, you will have access to the dry sauna, the most dynamic and revitalizing option!
