La actividad consiste en el traslado desde tu hotel a la entrada al parque. Si quieres despreocuparte del paso por la frontera e ir cómodamente sentado en el bus, es totalmente recomendable. Hay que aceptar el tour por diferentes hoteles de la zona para recoger a otros viajeros (de 1h a 2h, según el tráfico y nº participantes), y una espera obligada en Aduana (30 min en el mejor de los casos) Yo hice la ida así; la vuelta por mi cuenta en el autobús urbano, y en tiempo me compensó.

El parque tiene unas vistas hermosas de las cataratas pero nada más allá de eso; el personal del parque es poco amable, no hay un orden en la caminata que le dé fluidez al paseo, la salida al final del recorrido es complicada pues solo hay o 2 ascensores con una larga espera o unas escaleras muy complicadas de subir. El MACUCO SAFARI NO VALE LA PENA, es costoso y si vas a visitar el lado Argentino es mejor hacerlo desde ahí pues navegaras en embarcaciones más grandes y la experiencia será mejor

The park offers beautiful views of the falls, but that's about it. The park staff is unfriendly, the walking path is disorganized, and exiting at the end of the trail is difficult, with only two elevators offering long wait times or a very challenging staircase. The Macuco Safari is not worth it; it's expensive, and if you plan to visit the Argentinian side, it's better to do so from there, as you'll be on larger boats and the experience will be far superior.

Lo contratado era que nos buscaban por nuestro hotel. Nos quedamos esperando con las entradas compradas. A últuma hora nos avisaron que nos buscaban por una gasolinera. Somos personas mayores. El día anterior caminamos por el lado argentino. El punto de encuentro era a 20 munitos caminando. No era lo contratado. MUY MAL

La actividad muy bien. Las cataratas muy lindas y el parque de las aves muy entretenido. Vale la pena visitar. Lo malo: el bus que nos movilizó (coche 3) muy antiguo!

Elegí esta actividad sobre todo, por agilizar el paso de la frontera con Brasil. Te recogen en tu hotel y vamos a las Cataratas en Brasil. Al llegar, el guía te da nociones para hacer el recorrido y te da libertad para hacerlo a tu ritmo. El lado de Brasil es complementario al argentino, es necesario ir, tienes las cataratas de frente, unas vistas increíbles!!! Las indicaciones y trato de Chelo fueron de 10!! Se pierden sobre 6-7 horas entre aduana, bus, colas y eso que están más cerca en distancia que las del lado Argentino. La visita a las cataratas dura 1,30h ya que es una sola pasarela. Es cierto que las vistas panorámicas son espectaculares. Pero si solo disponen de un día y no quieren perder su tiempo, mucho más recomendable el lado argentino, mejor organización y experiencia más inmersiva. El guía muy bien.

You lose about 6-7 hours between customs, the bus, and queues, even though the falls are closer than those on the Argentinian side. Dan muy poco tiempo para disfrutar, prácticamente es 1.5 horas. Es como si solo contrataras el camión. Nosotros, decidimos - y se lo comunicamos al guía- que preferíamos quedarnos mas tiempo y visitar también el Parque Das Aves. Su información cuando promocionan sus toures, debe ser más clara o detallada.

Las cataratas son increíbles, merece sin duda la pena verlas (y mojarse). Las entradas se pueden comprar antes o ya allí, no hay problema. Las colas para entrar en el parque son absurdamente largas (hora y media en nuestro caso), sorprendentemente mal organizado (esto obviamente no depende de los guías sino de los que gestionan el parque).

La excursión estuvo bien organizada, pero no merece la pena. Dos horas en las cataratas para ocho horas de excursión. La aduana argentina es muy lenta, había mucha fila en la entrada del parque.y siempre hay algún cliente que piensa que los demás tenemos que esperarle
