De entrada el chofer súper amable con todo el grupo musicalizando el viaje . Las minas de wanda si bien es un recorrido corto nos deja mucho aprendizaje sobre los recursos naturales de la región . Los guías que nos recibieron en Wanda y San Ignacio estaban bien preparados para responder nuestras preguntas. no nos gusto mucho el tema del traslado, si bien la empresa llego a tiempo. No hubo informacion, sobre el tiempo de traslado, o cuanto faltaba para llegar, o los lugares q ue ibamos transitando, algun tipo de guia. o musica o algo. Mas teniendo en cuenta que era un viaje de tres horas de viaje. los lugares de la escursion muy buenos.

We didn't really like the transfer, although the company arrived on time. There was no information about the transfer time, or how much time was left to arrive, or the places we were going through, or any kind of guide, or music or anything. The tour itself was good. The service came to pick us up at the expected time. However, there was an issue with language. I booked the service in English, but it was never mentioned that this is subjected to the availability of an English speaking guide. We got a really good guide in Wanda Mines, but in San Ignacio and in the yerba complex, I had to step up and translate for my friends who don't speak Spanish at all because the guides didn't speak a word of English.

Pasaron x nosotros un poco más tarde que la hora acordada, dato q deberían ajustar porque si dice 7am, uno está listo a esa hora y por nosotros pasaron a las 8am. Sería conveniente coordinar los horarios más preciso así uno no madruga innecesariamente. Excepto ese detalle, es resto fue espectacular. La ruta fue fenomenal, un poco larga -eso ya lo sabíamos- pero Ernesto nos llevó al destino sin problema. La visita de las minas es interesante. Las ruinas de las misiones son una maravilla: 10 min para visitar el museo es muy poco; en cambio la visita de más de 2 horas con Luis, aunque muy interesante, resultó un poco larga (los niños desconectaron a una hora de empezar). Muy mala actitud del chofer del bus que dio el servicio, parece una persona no apta para trabajar con turistas, creo que olvida que es por los clientes que tiene su trabajo y su salario! Fue irreverente, irrespetuoso, intolerante y nada empatico.
