Punta Mita & Marieta Islands Excursion
At 8:30 am on the morning of the activity, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Puerto Vallarta and head to Punta Mita.
Upon arrival, we'll visit a small coastal village boasting 10 kilometers of pristine beaches. We'll tour part of this Pacific paradise and check out the local artisan shops. Then, we'll make our way to the pier and take a boat to our next destination.
Just before reaching the Marieta Islands, we'll drop anchor to snorkel for an hour and see the area's rich underwater biodiversity. You'll see manta rays, starfish, corals and dolphins!
After enjoying a refreshing swim, we'll arrive at the Marieta Islands, exploring the curious formations and fauna of this uninhabited volcanic archipelago. One of the species you can expect to see is the blue-footed booby, a type of bird that was closely studied by Charles Darwin.
Then, we'll return to Punta Mita to recharge our batteries with a break for lunch, including a choice between a fish or chicken fillet and two drinks. Before we leave, you'll also have free time to relax on the beach and take another swim.
At the end of the activity, we'll head back to Puerto Vallarta, arriving at your hotel around 3:30 pm.
