At the designated time, we’ll pick you up from your hotel and head to the famous Cinema Roxy. Ready for a sensory journey through Brazilian culture in one of the most popular Art Deco buildings in the city?
If you’ve chosen the Copacabana or Rio de Janeiro options, the evening will begin with an exquisite gourmet dinner. While you enjoy the dishes, you’ll also be treated to live music by the Roxy Band, performing elegant bossa nova melodies under the direction of the renowned Pretinho da Serrinha.
The highlight of the night will be the folkloric show “Aquele Abraço.” Directed by Abel Gomes, this performance takes you on a journey through Brazil’s five regions with vibrant dances, rhythms, and colorful costumes. A truly captivating celebration of Brazilian culture!
After around 5 hours of cultural and culinary immersion, we’ll end the experience by returning to your hotel or meeting point.
Ticket Options
When booking, you can choose between one of the following three options. All include transportation by car or minibus and admission to the Roxy Dinner Show:
- Ticket + drink (Aquele Abraço): the ideal option if you only want to enjoy the show. It includes a welcome drink but does not include dinner.
- Ticket + Copacabana dinner: includes dinner with a fixed menu selection. You’ll be able to choose between 2 starters, 4 main courses, and 3 desserts.
- Ticket + Rio de Janeiro dinner: the premium experience. You’ll have full freedom to choose any dish from the menu (3 starters, 6 main courses, and 4 desserts), and half a bottle per person of wine, sparkling wine, or a non-alcoholic drink is included.
What's on the Menu?
The menu varies depending on the option selected, and the dishes available may change depending on the day to guarantee the freshness of the ingredients. Typical options include:
- Starters: mixed leaves with Amazonian plant pesto or raw tuna with goat cheese cream.
- Main courses: grilled fish with bean vinaigrette, miner’s-style pork loin with yucca mousseline, or fillet mignon with yucca mille-feuille.
- Desserts: chocolate textures with Brazil nuts or coconut cream with passion fruit syrup.
Pickup Info
This tour includes pickup from hotels in the South Zone (Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Leme, Botafogo, and Flamengo) and also offers meeting points in downtown Rio de Janeiro.
If you’re staying in another area, please let us know so we can arrange an alternative meeting point. Cruise passengers can also use this service with pickup from the port.
