Match Details
We'll meet at the indicated time at your hotel in Rio de Janeiro. From there, we'll head to a local bar to experience the pre-game atmosphere, learning various anecdotes and football-related curiosities on the way. It'll come as no surprise that football is the king of sports in Brazil!
Then, depending on each team's schedule, we'll head to one of the following stadiums in Rio de Janeiro:
- Maracanã: the iconic football stadium where the Flamengo and Fluminense teams play their home games.
- Nilton Santos: the Botafogo stadium.
- São Januário: the home stadium of Vasco da Gama.
Once at the stadium, we'll take our seats in advance to see how the fans prepare their giant flags and mosaics while chanting for their team. In the moments before the start of the match, the guide will also give us some insight into the Brazilian passion for football.
After this waiting time, the most eagerly awaited moment will arrive. For 90 minutes, we'll watch a live football match while cheering from the stands like real Rio fans.
At the end of the match, we'll take you back to your hotel in Rio de Janeiro.
Tour Options
When you make your reservation, you can choose one of the following options:
- Ticket only: in this case, you'll have a ticket to the match, with no guide or transport. This way, at the designated time, you must make your own way to the Maracaná stadium. After booking, we'll send you the tickets directly.
- Tour from meeting point: the guide will pick you up at the meeting point in the city center and accompany you to the stadium.
- Tour from hotel: in this case, we'll take you from your hotel to the stadium in a minibus or coach exclusively for groups that have booked this activity. Please note that we do not offer pickup from hotels located in the Barra and Recreio neighbourhoods.
